+ Why should i get my upholstery items professionally cleaned?
- Harmful micro organisms such as dust mites, bed bugs and bacteria are attracted to the moist environment caused by sweat, skin oil and other liquid spillage that are trapped in the upholstery items. Professional cleaning helps to eliminate these harmful micro organisms.
+ What is your cleaning process?
- Our highly effective Deep Extraction Cleaning is utilised to ensure cleanliness of your upholstery items. The process as follows:
[ Step 1 ] Sanitising - Spraying of fabric disinfectant to eliminate any viruses, germs and bacteria
[ Step 2 ] Shampooing + Soft tip scrubbing - Remove odour and dissolve / soften stains
[ Step 3 ] 170 degrees hot steam + Hot water injection - Rinsing and sanitising
[ Step 4 ] Power deep vacuum - Extraction of dirt, dust mites, sweat, skin oil and excess water
+ Can the stains be removed completely?
- We cannot guarantee complete removal of stains as it depends on the type and duration of stains as well as the fabric of the upholstery items. Nevertheless, our cleaning specialists will put in their best effort to achieve the best possible result. Even if the stains cannot be fully removed, it will be lightened.
+ How long does it take for the item to be dry?
- Depending on the fabric of the upholstery items, it will usually take approximately 3 to 4 hours to be dry.
+ How often should we get our upholstery items professionally cleaned?
- Our recommended frequency between each deep extraction cleaning is 12 months.
This is to maintain good hygiene condition of the upholstery items as well as higher possibility for complete removal of stains (if any).
